As the manager of Christos Restaurant, my responsibilities included the following:
 

  • supervising regular responsibilities, including as monitoring inventories, customer service, and staff training.

  • To guarantee exceptional customer service and a positive work environment, team members have to be trained and supervised.

  • addressing consumer concerns and resolving conflict to preserve customer satisfaction and improve efficiency.

  • To support efficient restaurant operations, I manage supplies, keep a handle on sales, and help with management responsibilities.

I obtained  skills in my position, including good communication, leadership, and time management. Additionally, I mastered how to manage several priorities, operate in a fast-paced atmosphere, and assist a team in achieving common objectives.
